Previous incidents

There was a short outage of our homepage at www.zwapgrid.com whilst we moved to a new website platform, due to changes that were necessary to our DNS and SSL certificates.

No other services were affected.

The incident was caused by an SSL connect error at fileone.zwapgrid.com, affecting monitors across Asia, Europe, and North America. The issue resolved itself quickly within seconds as monitors in all regions recovered. The incident was set to automatically resolve after a brief waiting period.
